About Adelati TravelAdelati Travel is an independent, ABTA-certified travel agency offering a personalised range of services. These include flight and hotel bookings, car rental, activities, holiday packages, and custom travel planning. We work in partnership with trusted suppliers to bring you a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

                                                                 Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are made subject to availability and the terms of our travel partners.

• Quotes are valid for a limited time and are subject to change until full payment is received.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due by the deadline specified at the time of confirmation.

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking.

                                                         Travel Documentation and Insurance

• Travellers must ensure they meet all passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements for their destinations.

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and other unexpected events.​​​

                                                               Cancellations and Refunds

• Each booking is subject to the cancellation policy of the relevant travel provider. These will be shared with you before final confirmation.

• If you choose to cancel, any applicable refunds will depend on the terms of the service provider and may incur additional administrative charges.

• Adelati Travel cannot guarantee refunds for missed, unused, or partially completed bookings.

                                                                   Changes to Bookings

• We understand that plans can change and will support booking amendments wherever possible. However, changes may be subject to availability and provider fees.

• Any costs arising from changes will be clearly communicated before action is taken.

                                                                  Our Role and Responsibility

• Adelati Travel acts as a booking agent and does not directly operate the services you purchase.

• We are not liable for service failures, disruptions, or losses caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, extreme weather, political unrest, or pandemics.

• We are committed to providing honest advice and doing our utmost to resolve any issues that arise during your trip.

                                                                    Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing your booking confirmation and travel documents carefully and letting us know immediately if anything is incorrect.

• You must comply with the rules and policies of your chosen service providers and destination countries.
